About Me

About Me

I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lewis and Clark College with a focus on adult mental health and bio-psycho-social strength based wellness. Major coursework included diagnosis, assessment, treatment planning, ethics, human growth and development, family systems, counseling techniques, group therapy, eating disorders, trauma treatment, ethnic diversity and career counseling. My training included providing clinical treatment in community mental health centers as well as my work in private practice while under clinical supervision.

I have worked in private practice since 2007 with a focus on working with individual adults. I’ve specialized in anxiety disorders and trauma, with an overall focus on wellness, balance and peace of mind. I follow the ethical guidelines of the American Counseling Association found here:

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love music, concerts, traveling to warm sunny places, and biking with my husband on my electric catrike.
