  • I’m already feeling so anxious, what if therapy sounds too scary?

This feeling is very understandable. To help ease your fears, you will be encouraged, but you will not do anything you’re not ready to do. Counseling is your decision, and goals are based on your needs. You will not be forced, and steps will be made only when you are ready and able. You will be fully supported along the way.

  • Why do you have different options for therapy services?

    • The first “intake” session is a bit higher price because it involves more paperwork and forms to get started.
    • The 55 minute session is a typical therapy session.
    • The 90 minute session is also available should you request or prefer a longer session time.
  • Do you bill insurance?

I do not bill insurance. I can provide a supervill statement for you for out of network insurance coverage. Please inquire with your plan about out of network reimbursement.

Insurance requires a diagnosis for billing. Any diagnosis is forever a part of your records. If you don’t bill insurance, you have privacy of your records.

If you have out of network coverage and choose to bill insurance, a diagnostic code is required for insurance billing. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to contact me.
